Understand
Breath, demand, and response
How breathing changes as demand changes, what you can observe, and what not to over-interpret.
The Art of Breath by KNTK · Level 1
Level 1 is a four-part live experience built to help you understand breathing as a practical way to observe response, work with demand, practice recovery, and learn what changes.
Each session will run at least 90 minutes, with additional time for live Q&A as needed. Every session will be recorded, and enrolled participants will have access to the recordings.
Understand demand. Build capacity. More agency.
The first cohort is now underway. Additional ways to access the material will open soon.
