One-on-One Coaching

Your body works as a whole.Your coaching should too.

We’ve been taught to think about the body in separate parts. KNTK brings nervous system, metabolism, structure, and behavior into one picture.

Through assessment and one-on-one coaching, we help you understand your current capacity, identify what may be limiting you, and put that understanding into practice.

The work is integration. The goal is wholeness: greater capacity and more agency in how you train, recover, and respond to life.

Understand where you are.
Know where to focus.

Your goals create demand. So do training, work, relationships, stress, and everything else happening in your life.

We look at those demands alongside what you can currently handle. Together, we identify where to build capacity, where to adjust the load, and how to make the work sustainable.

You’ll learn what to do, why it matters, and how to recognize when something needs to change.

What we assess

Our metabolic and structural assessments explore how you produce and sustain effort, alongside your strength, movement, and control.

We connect those findings with your breathing, behavior, stress, and recovery to identify what may be limiting you. Your results and daily experience help us choose where to focus—and help you understand why.

From understanding to action

How coaching works

  1. Assessment

Complete guided metabolic, structural, and behavioral assessments to establish your starting point. We look at the relationship between your capacities and the demands of your life to identify what may be limiting you.

  2. Results

Bring your findings into a personal profile that identifies strengths, areas that need attention, and priorities for the next phase.

  3. Review

Walk through the findings with your coach, connect them to your goals, and understand why we’re choosing a particular starting direction.

  4. Practice

Put your plan into action with specific training, daily practices, and guidance on effort that fits your schedule.

  5. Guidance

Learn to recognize how training, sleep, stress, and daily habits affect your capacity—and use that understanding to make better decisions.

  6. Adjustments

Use your training, feedback, and recovery to decide what to keep, change, or progress. Follow-up assessments help us check progress and refine priorities. Over time, you’ll become more confident recognizing these patterns and making your own decisions.

What custom
programming means

Your programming is built around what your assessment reveals and what your life requires.

We consider your current training, goals, schedule, equipment, and recovery to determine where to focus your effort. That may mean developing aerobic capacity, maintaining strength, adjusting training volume, or improving how you prepare for and recover from sessions.

If you already train or compete, we account for those demands and help you decide what to add, reduce, or adjust. Our focus is developing capacity that supports your activity.

Programming progresses with your training and how you respond. Your logs and feedback help guide what comes next.

Start with
a conversation

Both coaching options begin with an introductory call with our team.

We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, your current situation, and whether our approach fits your needs. Together, we’ll identify the appropriate coaching option and explain the next steps.

If working directly with Brian appears to be the right fit, we’ll coordinate the next conversation with him.

Once the details are agreed, we’ll guide you through intake, assessment, and your first review so you can begin with a clear direction.
